Official HDE Canadian Technical Center now open!
In February 2020, HDE opened its first Official Technical Center in Canada.
Located in Calgary, Alberta, the Canadian Tech Center will provide faster customer service and a single contact point for all your technical needs such as:
- Helpline
- Loan equipment
- Diagnosis & estimate
- Payment request
The HDE Tech Center in Calgary will be operated by RX EQUIPMENT CANADA, a specialist in dental, medical and veterinary equipment repair.

Phillip Potter, owner of Rx Equipment, recently received training at HDE headquarters on maintenance and repair of all HDE equipment.
He is looking forward to working with HDE customers in Canada, and to continuing the tradition of outstanding customer service and highest standard of excellence that Horse Dental Equipment is known for.
