Horse Dental Equipment guarantees all its handheld power equipment for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranties applies to some spares parts as well as labor and transport costs.

Transport
Shipping is within 48 hours. Our UPS partner enables you to receive any needed material within 24 hours depending on the American geographical zone.

Repair & maintenance
Once our after-sales service team receives your products, we will automatically draw up a quote that will be sent to you within 48 hours.
Once you have validated the quote determining maintenance and costs, your equipment is repaired and returned to you in a timeframe of 48 hours.

Complementary annual check-up
Once a year (after the initial 12-month warranty expires), take advantage of a complementary check-up of your HDE equipment.
Only in Horse Dental Equipment official Technical Center:
8 main points of control during this check-up:
- complete test of the equipment
- dismantling
- control of motor (connections, carbon brushes)
- control of hand piece (bearings, gears, disc)
- control of drive shaft (bearings, springs)
- cleaning
- lubrication
- reassembling
If repairs are needed, spare parts and labor costs will be invoiced to the customer upon estimate approval.
Free loan equipment
If it is a bother waiting for your material while it is in maintenance or undergoing repairs, we offer you the possibility to have a free-loan equipment (*)
