Warranty
Horse Dental Equipment guarantees all its handheld power equipment for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to some spare parts as well as labor and transport costs.
Registration of product
We are dedicated to providing you with the best customer experience.
By following a few quick steps to register your products, you can experience quicker service and more efficient support (a dedicated service manual enables the follow-up of your material and releases the product maintenance alert).
Simply provide the serial number located on the drill itself and fill in some contact information
Repair & maintenance
Our after-sales service team receives your products and draws up a quote sent to you within 48 hours.
Once you have validated the quote determining maintenance and costs, your equipment is repaired and returned to you in a timeframe of 48 hours. The delivery by UPS ensures you fast and safe tracking.
Complementary annual checkup
Once a year (after the initial 12-month warranty expires), enjoy a complementary checkup of your HDE equipment.
Only in Horse Dental official Technical Center based in Greeley, Colorado.
8 main points of control during this checkup:
- Complete test of the equipment
- Dismantling
- Control of motor (connections, carbon brushes)
- Control of hand piece (bearings, gears, disc)
- Control of drive shaft (bearings, springs)
- Cleaning
- Lubrication
- Reassembling
If repairs are needed, spare parts and labor costs will be invoiced to the customer upon estimate approval.

You can’t stay without your equipment during its maintenance? We suggest you a free set loan for use!
How do I get a replacement set?
Before sending in your set for maintenance or repair, please click on the “Free loan equipment Form” link below, to send an e-mail requesting the material you need. The After-Sales Service team will send you the requested equipment allowing you to continue working.
