A FREE TRIAL is made available for a period of 5 working days from the date the equipment is received at the practitioner’s premises (i.e. excluding the shipping time). HDE bears the round trip transport cost on the basis of UPS Standard.

The FREE TRIAL is free of charge as long as the Practitioner ships the equipment back to HDE the next working day at the end of the FREE TRIAL period. If the Practitioner does not send the equipment back the next working day at the end of the FREE TRIAL period, the Practitioner will be charged a set 200 € fee per week. This fee is calculated weekly (7-day period).
Any week started is due in full.
